Returns

1. UK

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your items. Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in resellable condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Clothing that has been washed or has strong aftershaves/scents will not be accepted. It is at our discretion to determine whether the item is in a resellable condition.

Socks and undergarments are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@foreignrepublic.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return label. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping charges on all return orders. Any unregistered items included in your return will not be processed.

2. International

Please allow up to 14 days for your package to reach us and an additional 5 working days for the return to be processed. Shipping costs for international returns are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned items, we aim to process refunds within 10 working days. Processing times may be longer during busy periods, such as holidays. If you have not received your refund within this time, please contact us at support@foreignrepublic.com and we will investigate.
