By using and/or placing an order at foreignrepublic.com, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the "Terms & Conditions"). Due to variations in computer and mobile device screen settings, the depiction of product colours in the Foreign Republic store may differ slightly from their actual appearance. We strive to accurately represent the attributes and colours of every product to the best of our ability. Please note that while we make all reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, Foreign Republic cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on your screen will precisely match those of the actual products.
3. Price
Foreign Republic reserves the right to adjust the prices of its products. The prices displayed at the time of placing an order will remain valid for the duration of that specific transaction process.
Prices may change occasionally due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, markdowns, and other business considerations. We strive to ensure all details, descriptions, and prices listed on foreignrepublic.com are accurate; however, errors may occur. If we find a mistake in the price of any item you have ordered, we will notify you promptly and provide the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
Foreign Republic cannot be held liable for fluctuations in currency exchange rates that banks may apply when converting EUR, USD, or GBP into any other currency.
4. Payment
Our payment system is handled through PayPal and Shopify Payments, two of the world's leading online payment platforms. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.
5. Shipping
The delivery fee for each order remains the same, regardless of its size or weight. The cost for each delivery option is clearly displayed during the checkout process. If we cannot complete your order in one delivery and need to make multiple deliveries, there will be no extra charge for the additional shipments.
Foreign Republic does not cover shipping costs for uncollected packages. It is essential to ensure timely collection to avoid additional charges or complications.
6. Orders
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email if you have provided us with your email address. In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. If payment has already been received for the order, we will issue a refund using the same method of payment. Should any alternative arrangements be needed, we will inform you via email to process the refund accordingly.
You are required to provide a valid email address and notify us if it changes. Please be aware that we may send payment requests to your email address. The legally required invoice will be included in one of the post-order emails.
Our maximum liability for any loss or damage related to your order on foreignrepublic.com is limited to the total cost of your order.
7. Discount
All discount offers apply to the order value only, excluding delivery charges, and are governed by our Terms & Conditions. Unless explicitly stated, discounts cannot be combined or used consecutively on the same order, including during promotional events like Black Friday. Certain products and collections may be excluded, and this will be clearly indicated.
Discounts may be limited to specific items or collections and are not transferable to other products. Discount codes may be valid for one-time use per code and cannot be reissued unless otherwise stated. Please note that codes cannot be reissued after a return is processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity or abuse of a discount code.
